10 Check the purchase key displayed on the screen, and click ">" on the left. 11 Click [Install-Key Issue] on the right of the last line on the screen. Notes Enter the unique device ID and download the install key file on the [Install-Key] window. Leave [Issue Qty] set to "1." Make sure to enter the unique device ID correctly. If you entered it incorrectly and the install key was issued, contact your Sony representative. You can optionally download a pdf file with the install key. The user name can be provided in the pdf file, and the PDF display language can be selected. A unique device ID is a 12-digit string consisting of uppercase alphanumeric characters (0 to 9, A to F). When you enter the unique device ID, note that it is case-sensitive. 13 Check that the entered information is correct, and click [OK]. 14 After creation of the install key, click [Install- Key(Text)] on the bottom of the screen to download the install key file. 12 Enter the unique device ID, and click [Install-Key Creation] on the [Install-Key] window. Notes The following text file is downloaded as an install key file. xxxxxxINSTALLKEY_yyyyyy.txt xxxxxx: product code or model name yyyyyy: time stamp The install key is described in the file. When you click [Install-Key(PDF)], a pdf file with the install key is downloaded. However, the file cannot be used to activate the optional license on the monitor.
