The higher rated ISO setting helps maximize the effect of the surrounding light to shoot.  Shooting with shutter speed priority mode (page 57) When shooting a moving person or subject, set the shutter speed higher to freeze the motion or set the shutter speed slower to get the flow of motion of the subject. Adjust the shutter speed to express moment that is beyond what the human eye can see.  Adjusting color tones (page 73) If the image you shot is not expressed in your desired colors, change the white balance mode.
