MENU Control button Mode dial • When using center-weighted metering or spot metering, to focus on the same spot as used for metering, we recommend using the center weighted AF range finder frame (page 66). • You cannot select the metering mode when using the NightFraming/NightShot function. Set the mode dial to P, S, A, M, SCN or . Press MENU. The menu appears. Select (Metering Mode) with /, then select the desired metering mode with /. Use this mode when you do not get the proper exposure, for instance, the subject and its background have high contrast (light and dark). The value can be set a range from +2.0EV to -2.0EV, in 1/3EV increments. Adjust toward - Adjust toward + 61 Advanced still image shooting
