You can choose the best shot from several shots taken. 1 (Drive Mode) on the control wheel t [Self-timer(Cont)]. Or, MENU t [Camera] t [Drive Mode] t [Self-timer(Cont)]. 2 OPTION t desired mode. To cancel the timer, press (Drive Mode) and select [Single Shooting]. When using the touch shutter, a beep sounds if the subject that you touch on the screen is in focus, then the countdown begins (NEX-5R only). (Self-timer(Cont.): 10 Sec. 3 Img.) (Self-timer(Cont.): 10 Sec. 5 Img.) Shoots 3 or 5 still images continuously after 10 seconds. When you press the shutter button, the self-timer lamp flashes and the audible signal sounds until the shutter operates. To cancel the self-timer, press (Drive Mode) on the control wheel.
