Troubleshooting I cannot synchronize the data between CLIE Mail and e-mail software, such as Outlook Express, on my computer B If both Microsoft® Outlook Express and Microsoft® Outlook are installed on your computer and you cannot synchronize the data between Outlook Express and CLIE Mail, then reset MAPI of your computer by following the steps below. 1 Click [Start], select [Settings] (except for Windows XP), and click [Control Panel]. 2 Double-click the Internet Options icon. 3 Click [Programs] in the Internet Properties window. 4 Select [Hotmail] from [E-mail:] and click [OK]. 5 Restart your computer. 6 Double-click the Internet Options icon in [Control Panel]. 7 From [E-mail:] in [Programs], select the E-mail software that you want to synchronize with CLIE Mail and click [OK].
