Managing Printer Usage Managing Printer Usage Introduction This chapter provides information on the features of the printer's front panel, which is used to manage printer usage, set default values and generate printer reports such as the Configuration Sheet. There is also a discussion of remote printer management software available for use with your Phaser 1235 Color Printer. Using the Front Panel Front Panel Layout The printer's front panel (shown below) serves several purposes: I Displays information about the status of the printer or the job in process. I Provides the means for changing printer settings to control how the printer operates, including specifying the paper type in a tray.
