Chapter 25 Loop Guard " After resolving the loop problem on your network you can re-activate the disabled port via the web configurator (see Section 7.7 on page 85) or via commands (see Section 45.12.4 on page 377). 25.2 Loop Guard Setup Click Advanced Application > Loop Guard in the navigation panel to display the screen as shown. " The loop guard feature can not be enabled on the ports that have Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP, MRSTP or MSTP) enabled. The Switch generates syslog, internal log messages as well as SNMP traps when it shuts down a port via the loop guard feature. Port This field displays a port number. * Use this row to make the setting the same for all ports. Use this row first and then make adjustments on a port-by-port basis.
