6. Remove the jack and fully tighten the lug nuts in the order shown in the following illustration. The lug nuts on the wheel 7. Replace any wheel covers, ornaments, or hub caps that your vehicle has. Line up the notch in the cover with the air valve on the tire and press on with the heel of your hand. (Some wheel covers have markings on the inside to point to the appropriate air valve notch.) Make sure that they are snapped into place. 254
