Refer to Refill capacities in the Capacities and specifications chapter. Fill to line on reservoir. Use Motorcraft MERCON ATF. Refer to Refill capacities in the Capacities and specifications chapter. Tire size and pressure Hood release Coolant capacity 1 Power steering fluid capacity Transmission fluid capacity 2 1 Use either green-colored Motorcraft Premium Engine Coolant or yellow-colored Motorcraft Premium Gold Engine Coolant. DO NOT USE Ford Extended Life Engine Coolant (orange in color). Refer to Adding engine coolant, in the Maintenance and Care chapter. 2 Ensure the correct automatic transmission fluid is used. Transmission fluid requirements are indicated on the dipstick or on the dipstick handle. Check the container to verify the fluid being added is of the correct type. Refer to your scheduled maintenance guide to determine the correct service interval. 295
