Unscrew the plug and check the oil level.
The
oil level should be between the “H” (High) and “L”
(Low) lines on the dipstick.
A. Oil Filler Plug and Dipstick
B. Screw in the oil filler plug fully to inspect the
oil level
C. “H” (High) Line
D. “L” (Low) Line
If the oil level is too high, remove the excess oil
through the oil filler opening using a syringe or
some other suitable device.
If the oil level is too low, add the oil to reach the
correct level. Use the same type and brand of oil
that is already in the engine.

NOTICE
If the engine oil gets extremely low or if the oil
pump does not function properly, or oil pas-
sages are clogged, or otherwise do not func-
tion properly, the oil pressure symbol will
blink. If it stays on when the engine speed
is running slightly above the idle speed, stop
the engine immediately and find the cause to
prevent severe engine damage.
Oil and/or Oil Filter Change
Warm up the engine thoroughly, and then stop it.
Place an oil pan beneath the engine.
