48 GENERAL INFORMATION j Fuel Tank Filling the Tank: Only use gasoline with the recommended octane rating (See page 49). Avoid filling the tank in the rain or where heavy dust is blowing so that the fuel does not get contaminated. Never fill the tank completely to the top. As the fuel expands in a warm tank, it may overflow from the vent hose. After refueling, make sure the filler cap is closed securely. It is the torque-limiting type to prevent over-tightening. A. Fuel Tank
Filling the Tank:
Only use gasoline with the recommended octane
rating (See page 49). Avoid filling the tank in the rain
or where heavy dust is blowing so that the fuel does
not get contaminated.
