154 MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT WARNING HAZARD Loose battery cables WHAT CAN HAPPEN Can create sparks which can cause a fire or explosion resulting in injury or death. HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD Make sure the battery terminal screws are tightened securely and the covers are installed over the terminals. Fuse The main fuse and the fuse for the POWER OUTLET are located under the seat, and the spare fuses next to them. If the electrical systems do not function, inspect the fuse. Before replacing the fuse, check the wiring harness and electrical equipment for bare wires or other possible causes. j NOTICE The standard fuses are 15 A (main fuse), 30 A (charge), 10 A (light) and 15 A (DC 12 V power). Do not use a fuse of a higher capacity than the specified fuse rating, or damage to the electrical system could result. NOTICE Do not reverse the battery connections, or damage to the regulator/rectifier unit will result.

NOTICE

damage to the regulator/rectifier unit will re-
sult.
