LEXUS ENFORM WITH SAFETY CONNECT D ACTIVATION OF SERVICE(S) Enrollment in Lexus Enform with Safety Connect (via your dealership) is required to activate all Enform services. To receive XMr NavTraffic, XM NavWeathert, and XMr Sports and Stocks services, the XMr service must be activated. To activate the service, call the XMr Listener Care Center at 1−877−515−3987. Customers should have their radio ID ready. The radio ID can be found by selecting "channel 000" on the radio. For details, see "D DISPLAYING THE RADIO ID" on page 179. XMr Satellite Radio is responsible for all fees and services, which are subject to change. CAUTION Exposure to radio frequency signals: The Lexus Enform with Safety Connect system installed in your vehicle is a low power radio transmitter and receiver. The system receives and also sends out radio frequency (RF) signals. In August 1996, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) adopted RF exposure guidelines with safety levels for mobile wireless phones. Those guidelines are consistent with the safety standards previously set by both U.S. and international standards bodies. D ANSI (American National Standards Institute) C95.1 [1992] D NCRP (National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurement) Report 86 [1986] D ICNIRP (International Commission on Non−Ionizing Radiation Protection) [1996] Those standards were based on comprehensive and periodic evaluations of the relevant scientific literature. Over 120 scientists, engineers, and physicians from universities, government health agencies, and industry reviewed the available body of research to develop the ANSI Standard (C95.1). The design of Lexus Enform with Safety Connect complies with the FCC guidelines in addition to those standards. 141
