Brakes Foot Brake FEATURES AND CONTROLS The foot brake (1) is a mechanical rear wheel brake. The foot brake is located on the inside of the right footrest. Apply the brake with your right foot. This is identical to squeezing the left brake lever on the handlebar. NOTE: If the rear wheels slide while using the foot brake, reduce brake pedal pressure to brake the rear wheels without skidding. 1 WARNING Aggressively applying the rear brake when backing down a hill may cause rear tipover, which could result in serious injury or death. Use caution when applying the rear brake. Do not aggressively apply the rear brake when going forward. The rear wheels may skid and slide sideways, causing loss of control and serious injury or death. 41

Brakes
Foot Brake
