MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION Lights WARNING Poor lighting while driving can result in severe injury or death. Headlight and taillight lenses become dirty during normal operation. Wash the headlights frequently to maintain lighting quality. Hot components can cause serious burns to skin. Do not service the headlamps until they've cooled sufficiently. Headlight Lamp Replacement To access the assembly from the front, remove the front cover and unplug the wiring harness. Remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle. To access the headlight assembly without removing the front cover, reach up under the front cab. 1. Remove the rubber cover (A) from the back of the headlight. 2. Rotate the socket (B) counterclockwise and pull it away from the headlight assembly. 3. Remove the headlamp. 4. Install the new headlamp. 5. Reinstall all components. A B 76
