MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION Adjustments Front Wheel Hub Tightening Front wheel bearing tightness and spindle nut retention are critical component operations. All service must be performed by your authorized Polaris dealer. Tire Tread Depth Always replace tires when tread depth is worn to 1/8″ (3 mm) or less. See illustration. 1/8I (3 mm) WARNING Operating the vehicle with worn tires will increase the possibility of skidding, which could lead to loss of control and serious injury or death. Always replace tires when the tread depth measures 1/8″ (3 mm) or less. WARNING Use of non-standard size or type of tires or improper tire inflation may adversely affect vehicle maneuverability and cause loss of control resulting in serious injury or death. Maintain proper tire pressure as outlined in this owner's manual. When replacing a tire always use original equipment size and type. 94
