Supplementary features Organisation Within the Team This section explains the different options provided by your phone to communicate in a team. To be able to set up a Team key, you need to make sure an Aastra M530 or Aastra M535 expansion key module is connected. Contact your system administrator for more information. ■ Using the Team Key You and your team partners want to be reachable at all times as a team and be able to communicate with one another as quickly as possible. By pressing a single key you can call a team partner or answer a call for anyone in the team. When a team partner makes a call, the corresponding Team key lights up; this tells you when a team partner is busy. The Team key flashes to indicate that the team partner is receiving a call. If, for example, level 3 of the expansion key module Aastra M535 is activated and the Team key on level 1 receives a call, the call is signalled by the red blinking LED in position 1. For more information about the Aastra M535 expansion key module, please refer to chapter "Using the expansion key module Aastra M535", page 16. A red LED signals an external call; a green LED, an internal call. ■ Calling a Team Partner You want to call a team partner as quickly as possible. Requirement: You have configured a configurable key as a Team key and stored the team partner's phone number under it (see Chapter "Configuring Keys", page 70). Using the Team Key
You and your team partners want to be reachable at all times as a team and be able to commu-
nicate with one another as quickly as possible.
