AAA-130U2 Series Installation and Hardware Guide External Ultra2 SCSI Connector (68-pin) Use the external Ultra2 SCSI connector on Channel A of the AAA-131U2/133U2 to connect your external Ultra2 and Ultra SCSI devices. For each external device, you will need to obtain a 68-pin external SCSI cable. Follow these steps to connect your external devices: Note: We recommend keeping Ultra2 devices on separate channels from non-Ultra2 devices. Peak transfer rates on Ultra2 channels are 80 MBytes/sec. Connecting a nonUltra2 device to an Ultra2 SCSI channel limits the entire channel to lower performance levels (up to 40 MBytes/sec). 1 Connect one end of the external SCSI cable to the external Ultra2 connector on the AAA-131U2/133U2.
