Usage dom.addNewLine(startPoint, endPoint) Arguments startPoint and endPoint Points that specify the x,y coordinates between which the path is added (see "Point data type" on page 8). Returns Nothing. Description Adds a new path between two points. The new path uses the document's current default path attributes and is added to the current frame and layer. Example The following command adds a new line between the specified coordinates: fw.getDocumentDOM().addNewLine({x:64.5, y:279.5}, {x:393.5, y:421.5}); dom.addNewOval() Availability Fireworks 3. Usage dom.addNewOval(boundingRectangle) Arguments boundingRectangle A rectangle that specifies the bounds of the oval to be added (see "Rectangle data type" on page 8). Returns Nothing. Description Adds a new oval fitting into the specified bounding rectangle. The oval uses the document's current default path attributes and is added on the current frame and layer.
