Using USB Devices Your Power Mac G4 comes with two USB ports, which you can use to connect many types of external devices, including printers, digital cameras, game pads, joysticks, keyboards and mouse devices, and storage devices. USB makes it easy to connect external equipment. Once you connect the device, it is ready to use. You don't need to restart your computer. USB ports (2) To use a USB device with your computer, connect the device to the computer and install its software or configure your computer to work with the device once. From then on, your computer automatically loads the correct software whenever you attach the device. Note : Apple has already included software to work with many USB devices. In most cases you do not need to install the software that came with the device. Using USB Devices
Your Power Mac G4 comes with two USB ports, which you can use to connect many types of
external devices, including printers, digital cameras, game pads, joysticks, keyboards and
mouse devices, and storage devices. USB makes it easy to connect external equipment. Once
