9.9.1.1 Using the direct key In idle: 1. Press to listen to messages and memos. 2. Press if you want to stop the playback. 3. Press once if you want to repeat the current message from the beginning, or press twice to skip back to the previous message during message playback. 4. Press if you want to skip forward to the next message during message playback. 5. Press if you want to delete the current message being played. 9.9.1.2 Using the Menu 1. Press and to select ANS. MACHINE. 2. Press to show MSG PLAYBACK. 3. Press to start playing back the messages through the speakerphone. 9.9.2 Delete a Message on the TAM 1. Press while a message is playing. 2. You will hear a tone and the current message or memo playing will be deleted. If there are more messages, the next message will start to play. 9.9.3 Delete All Messages on the TAM 9.9.3.1 Using the direct key 1. In idle mode, press and hold for 2 seconds to delete all old messages. 2. You will hear a tone and all old messages will be deleted. Note: new messages will not be deleted. 9.9.3.2 Using the Menu 1. Press and to select ANS. MACHINE. 2. Press and to select DELETE ALL. 3. Press to confirm, and display will show "CONFIRM?". 4. Press to reconfirm and the display will return to the previous menu. Note: You cannot delete New Messages, so you will have to start to play them before trying to delete them. 61
