By default, if a user tries to look up the contact information for another user who is located in a different IBM Lotus Domino domain, the information does not appear. You can change the default behavior when organizations locate user accounts in different IBM Lotus Domino domains. 1. On the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, open the Registry Editor. 2. Perform one of the following actions: • If you are running a 32-bit version of Windows®, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents. • If you are running a 64-bit version of Windows, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software \WOW6432Node\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents. 3. Create a DWORD value named ALPAllLocalLookups. 4. Change the value to 1. 5. In the Windows® Services, restart the BlackBerry Controller.
