Downloading JPEG Images Using the PTP Function Downloading for Cameras other than the EOS-1D Series Cameras Downloading method for the EOS 5D, EOS 30D, EOS 20D, EOS 10D, EOS DIGITAL REBEL XTi/400D DIGITAL, EOS DIGITAL REBEL XT/350D DIGITAL and EOS DIGITAL REBEL/300D DIGITAL When using Windows XP, you can use the PTP (Picture Transfer Protocol) function. When you set the camera's [Communication] and use the PTP function, you can download to your computer JPEG images saved in your camera's memory card without having to use EOS Utility.
