Basic Settings You can perform settings on the camera, such as setting the camera owner's name and setting the date and time. 1 Click the [Camera settings/Remote shooting] button. ¿ The camera settings window appears. 3 Select the item to be set and specify the settings. ¿ The settings are applied to the camera. With the EOS-1Ds and EOS-1D, the [Format] item is displayed and you can initialize the memory card. Initializing a memory card deletes all the data and the data cannot be recovered.
