Battery Usage Using the Battery Pack You can use the rechargeable battery pack (Battery Pack NB-CP2L) to print. The Battery Pack NB-CP1L (sold separately) cannot be used. „ Charging the Battery Pack Attach the battery pack NB-CP2L to the printer to charge it. 1 Terminal Cover Remove the battery pack's terminal cover. • When the battery pack is not in use, always store it with its terminal cover on. 2 Press the battery cover lever down and remove the battery cover. 3 Install the battery pack. • Slide the battery pack into place, in the direction of the arrow, and push it in until it clicks into place. • To remove the battery pack, push the battery cover lever down and pull the battery pack out. Replace the battery cover afterwards. 4 Attach the power cord to the To Power Outlet compact power adapter CA- CP200 and plug it into a power outlet. Compact Power Adapter power cord 35

Battery Usage
Using the Battery Pack
You can use the rechargeable battery pack (Battery Pack NB-CP2L) to print.
The Battery Pack NB-CP1L (sold separately) cannot be used.
Charging the Battery Pack
Attach the battery pack NB-CP2L to the printer to charge it.

Remove the battery pack’s
terminal cover.

When the battery pack is not in use, always
store it with its terminal cover on.

Press the battery cover lever
down and remove the battery
cover.

Install the battery pack.

Slide the battery pack into place, in the
direction of the arrow, and push it in until it
clicks into place.
•
To remove the battery pack, push the
battery cover lever down and pull the battery
pack out. Replace the battery cover
afterwards.

Attach the power cord to the
compact power adapter CA-
CP200 and plug it into a power
outlet.
