Wi-Fi Resolution • Confirm that the access point is operating correctly. • Confirm that the device is in Station mode. Turn both this device and the access point off and back on, and attempt the Wi-Fi connection again. • Electromagnetic emissions from cordless phones, microwave ovens, refrigerators, Bluetooth devices and other appliances can interfere with Wi-Fi signals. Keep this device and its access point away from such appliances. • When an access point's stealth function is enabled, it cannot be detected during Wi-Fi setup. Disable the stealth function when selecting and connecting to the access point at the connection destination. • When the access point's MAC filtering function is enabled, the MAC address of this device must be registered. If your network environment supports DHCP, consult your network administrator. If your network environment does not support DHCP, configure the IP address manually. • Check the condition of the cable connection. • Check the status of network traffic. When a heavy load is placed on the network, processing takes time and timeouts may occur. Wait for awhile and then reconnect. If the situation does not improve please contact your network administrator. Immediately after setup with the WA10 Wireless Connection Tool, the computer's network connection may be unstable. Please wait for a while or restart the computer. 44

Cannot connect to an access
