Procedures Required for an AppleTalk Network Here is a summary of the procedures required to set the printer for use on an AppleTalk network. 1 Connect the Network Cable ÆSetup Guide Follow the instructions in the Setup Guide to connect the network cable. 2 Setting a Macintosh Confirm the network settings for the Macintosh.
