o Measure both the original document and the copy. Calculate the adjustment figure by dividing the length of the original by the length of the copy. Adjustment figure = Original document length = Copied document length 885mm = 0.9910 893mm Original Copy o On the scanner UI, use the left /right buttons as necessary to select the Settings and press OK. o Select Scan Length Adjustment and press OK. o To enter the adjustment figure, use the left and right buttons to select the number required for the underlined value and press OK to enter that digit. The underline cursor will to move to the next number to the right. Repeat until all the digits are entered correctly and the new value will be automatically saved once the last digit is entered. o If you make a mistake, use the Eject button to go back to the previous number.
