Making Copies in the Manual and Vocal Mode 1 I Platen Glass Place your originals on the platen glass when copying bound originals (such as books and magazines), heavy or 2 lightweight originals, and transparencies. I Feeder Place your originals into the feeder when you want to copy several originals at the same time, and press (Start). The machine automatically feeds the originals to the platen glass and scans them. 2-sided originals can also be automatically turned over and scanned as 2 or 1-sided documents. 2-24 Placing Originals
