Appendix 1 Mode Name Collate (Page order) Summary The copies are automatically collated into sets arranged in page order. Group (Same pages) All copies of the same original page are grouped together. The copies are automatically Finishing*1 Staple*2 collated into sets arranged in 5 page order and stapled. Offset The copies are shifted alternately to the front and back of the tray, in a vertical (portrait) orientation, or a horizontal (landscape) orientation, depending on the orientation of your originals. *1 The Staple and Offset finishing modes can be set only if an optional finisher is attached. *2 The Saddle Stitch mode is not supported by the Voice Navigation mode, and is only available if an optional booklet finisher is attached to the machine.
