Basic Troubleshooting Diagnostic Keyboard LEDs, Front Panel LEDs and Audible Codes The following table describes the keyboard and front panel LED codes as well as the audible codes that may occur during Power On Self Test (POST) that do not necessarily have an error code or text message associated with them. Refer to the Troubleshooting Guide on the Compaq Documentation Library CD for more information. ✎ If your system is equipped with a Universal Serial Bus (USB) keyboard, you may hear the beep sequences for some of the keyboard light error codes, but you may not see the flashing keyboard lights. Graphics controller not present or incorrectly initialized. Recommended Action Reflash the ROM using a ROMPaq diskette. See the "Failsafe Boot Block ROM" section of the Desktop Management Guide. 1.
