Sunshine Smoothie Makes 32 ounces ½ lemon-peeled, about 1 ounce ½ ounce ginger, about 1-inch piece 1 pound carrots 1 medium orange, peeled and cut into sections 2 medium peaches, about 10 to 12 ounces, pitted, peeled and cut into large cubes 1 cup fresh pineapple, skin and core discarded 1 cup frozen mango 1. Add reserved cut/sliced fruit to a pitcher. Stir juice and add to pitcher. Add wine and liquors and add simple syrup to taste.
