CAUTION: To prevent static damage to components inside your computer, discharge static electricity from your body before you touch any of your computer's electronic components. You can do so by touching an unpainted metal surface on the computer chassis. CAUTION: Before you begin any of the procedures in this section, follow the safety instructions in the Product Information Guide. Removing the Front LED Board 1. Follow the procedures in "Before You Begin." 2. Remove the front panel. 3. Disconnect the LED cable from the system board. 4. Remove the screw. 5. Gently move the board upward, tilt the top of the board away from the case to release it from the three front LED board guides, and then draw the board away from the case. To replace the front LED board, perform the removal procedure in reverse. Removing the Front LED Board
1.
Follow the procedures in "
Before You Begin
."
2.
Remove the
front panel
.
3.
Disconnect the LED cable from the system board.
4.
Remove the screw.
5.
Gently move the board upward, tilt the top of the board away from the case to release it from the three front LED board guides, and then draw the
board away from the case.
To replace the front LED board, perform the
removal procedure
in reverse.
