Optical drive (optional), Removing the optical drive

Steps 1. Connect the data and power cables to the connectors on the optical drive. 2. Route the data and power cables through the routing guides on the hard-drive and optical-drive bracket. 3. Hold the hard-drive and optical-drive bracket near the chassis, and connect the data and power cables to the connectors on the optical drive. NOTE: Skip this step if the computer is not shipped with an optical drive. 4. Turn over and align the hard-drive and optical-drive bracket to the chassis. 5. Slide and insert the bracket at an angle and place it down on the chassis. 6. Replace the (#6-32) screw to secure the hard-drive and optical-drive bracket to the chassis. Next steps 1.
