Carefully pry up and remove the hard drive from the computer. 6. Remove the screws which secure the hard-drive bracket to the hard drive. Separate the hard-drive bracket from the hard drive. 11

Follow the procedures in
Before Working On Your Computer

Remove:
a)
battery
b)
base cover
3.
Remove the screw that secures the hard drive in place.
4.
Slide the hard drive module to the left.
5.
Carefully pry up and remove the hard drive from the computer.
6.
Remove the screws which secure the hard-drive bracket to the hard drive. Separate the hard-drive bracket from
the hard drive.
