5. Disconnect the following cables: - media board - touch pad 6. Using a plastic scribe, gently pry the sides of the palmrest and remove it from the computer. Installing The Palmrest 1. Align the palmrest to its original position in the computer and gently snap it into place. 2. Connect the following cables to the palmrest: - media board - touch pad 3. Tighten the screws on the palmrest to secure the palmrest in place. 4. Tighten the screws at the bottom base of the computer that secures the palmrest. 5.
