Follow the instructions in Before Working on Your Computer. 2. Remove the base assembly cover (see Removing the Base Assembly Cover). 3. Where applicable, disconnect and unroute the antenna cables from the WLAN, WWAN, and WPAN cards. 4. Remove two M2.5 x 8-mm screws from the back of the base assembly and two M2.5 x 8-mm screws from the bottom of the base assembly. 1 M2.5 x 8-mm screws (2) (back of base assembly) 2 WPAN antenna cable 3 WLAN antenna cable 4 WWAN antenna cable 5 M2.5 x 8-mm screws (2) (bottom of base assembly) 5. Turn the computer topside up and open the display. 6. Remove the LED cover (see Removing the LED Cover). 7. Remove the keyboard (see Removing the Keyboard). 8. 2. Remove the base assembly cover (see
Removing the Base Assembly Cover
).
3. Where applicable, disconnect and unroute the antenna cables from the WLAN, WWAN, and WPAN cards.
4. Remove two M2.5 x 8-mm screws from the back of the base assembly and two M2.5 x 8-mm screws from the bottom
of the base assembly.
