Make sure the power switch on the rear panel of the PowerVault 110T DLT VS160 Tape External drive is in the OFF position. Attach the female connector on the power cable to the power connector on the rear panel of the drive. CAUTION: Use caution when plugging the power cord into an electrical outlet.
