Received Fax Quality is Poor If you receive a poor quality fax, try these solutions: • Try enabling the error correction mode (ECM) setting. • Contact the fax sender and ask them to send the fax in a higher resolution. • Try reprinting the received fax. The product cannot print received faxes if an error has occurred with the product, such as a paper jam. • If the product has been set to save received faxes in the product's memory or inbox, received faxes are not automatically printed. Check the Fax Output setting on the product control panel and change it, if necessary.
