Insulation Multimeters AutoHold Mode In the AutoHold mode, the Meter holds the reading on the display until it detects a new stable reading. Then the Meter beeps and displays the new reading. • Press h to activate AutoHold. Y appears. • Press h again or turn the rotary switch to resume normal operation. MIN MAX AVG Recording Mode The MIN MAX AVG mode records minimum and maximum input values. When the inputs go below the recorded minimum value or above the recorded maximum value, the Meter beeps and records the new value. This mode can be used to capture intermittent readings, record maximum readings while you are away or record readings while you are operating the equipment under test and cannot watch the Meter. MIN MAX AVG mode can also calculate an average of all readings taken since the MIN MAX AVG mode was activated. The Meter tracks the minimum, maximum, and average values for each display which are updated 4 times per second. 13
