Ganz GXi Series VCA Interface Manual V3.05.31.18 Calibration The IPT tracking will only function if the device is calibrated and a warning message will be displayed if the device is in an uncalibrated state. • It is essential that the calibration be accurate to achieve good tracking performance. • The 3D tracking boxes should be used to guide the calibration (ensure that burnt in annotation is disabled during the calibration process). • There will need to be people in the scene at the time of calibration. • The field of view is always set to 47 degrees for IPTs. • The height should be measured at the time of installation. • Adjust the angle until the 3D tracking boxes correctly match people in the scene. • On clicking apply on the calibration page, the tracking will be readjusted, so make sure that the annotation is accurate after this.
