Ganz GXi Series VCA Interface Manual V3.05.31.18 Object Appear and Disappear Enable the 'Object Appear' and 'Disappear Detection' by checking the corresponding check boxes in the properties inspector and click apply. An object appear alarm is raised when an object appears inside a detection zone. Note that this is different from object entered detection since the object must be initially detected inside the zone without entering, e.g. people appearing in a doorway, or cars appearing from an underground carpark. Conversely an object disappear alarm is raised when an object disappears inside a detection zone. Enable the ‘Object Appear’ and ‘Disappear Detection’ by checking the corresponding check boxes in the

properties inspector and click apply.

An object appear alarm is raised when an object appears inside a detection zone. Note that this is

different from object entered detection since the object must be initially detected inside the zone without

entering, e.g. people appearing in a doorway, or cars appearing from an underground carpark.

Conversely an object disappear alarm is raised when an object disappears inside a detection zone.

Again, this is different from object exit detection since the object must be tracked into the zone and then

disappear without exiting the zone.
