Heart Rate Fields Name Description % Heart Rate Reserve The percentage of heart rate reserve (maximum heart rate minus resting heart rate). Aerobic Training Effect The impact of the current activity on your aerobic fitness level. Anaerobic Training Effect The impact of the current activity on your anaerobic fitness level.
