[] Touch the number pads to set the desired oxen temperature. !i> Youcan use the tlYnereven though you cannot use timed ovenoperations while using the probe. [] Touch the PROBE pad. [] Touch the immber pads to set the desired internal t0od temperature. To change the oven temi)eratm'e dtwing the Convection Roast wcle, touch the CONVECtiON ROAST pad and then touch the number pads to set the new desired temperatm'e. [] Touch the STARTpad. _,_]_en the oven starts to heat, the word 1.0 will be in the display. _Mter the internal temperature of the fi)od reaches ] O0°g the changing internal temperatm'e will be shown in the display: ] X._hen the internal temperatm'e of the t0od reaches the number you haxe set, the probe and the oven mrn off and the oven control signals. To stop the signal, touch the CLEAR/OFFpad. Use hot pads to remove the probe from the t0od. Do not use tongs to pull on it--they might damage it. 20

The
display
will flash
PROBE
and
the
oven
control

signal
if the
probe
is inserted
into
the
outlet,
and
you
have
not
set
a probe
temperatm'e
and
touched
the
START
pad.

the
shelf
in
the

Insert
the
probe

into
the

into
the
outlet
in
the
oxen.
Make
sure
it is

the
wax
in.
Close
the
oxen
