Play fails to start even whe n PLAY is pressed. Play sta rts but then stops immedi ately. No picture. No sound. Disto rted s ound. Pict ure is distort ed during rapid adv ance or rapid reverse. No rapid advance or rapid reve rse play R em ed y Insert the AC adaptor sec urely into the power outle t. The playe r is automati cally set to th e standby m ode after appr ox. 30 minutes in the mode.stop mode (auto pow er-off functio n). Turn the power on again. Cond ensation has formed : wait about 1 to 2 hou rs to allow the pla yer to dry out. This player cannot play a d isc other t han DVD, V CD and C D. The disc may b e dirty and may requir e cleaning . Ensu re that the disc is installed with the label side up. Ensure that the equipment is conne cted properl y. Ensu re that the equipment is c onnected properly. Simply by pressing the DISPLAY button on
the remote control, information on the player
and disc can be displayed on the TV screen
for easy identification, The player's operations
and settings can be performed by operating
the remote control while monitoring screen.
The audio soundtrack can be heard in up to 8
languages. (The number of audio sound
languages depends on the software.)
Subtitles may be displayed in one of a
maximum of 32 languages depending on
the software.
This function allows you to choose the viewing
angle of scenes which were shot from a
number of different angles. (Limited to DVD
recorded with multiple camera angles.)
This prevents play unsuitable for children.

Please read the precautions before operating .
To avoid any malfunctions and to protect
against electric shock, fire or personal injury,
please observe the following:
1).Hold the plug firmly when connectingor
disconnecting theAC adaptor.
2).Do not connect or disconnect theAC adaptor
when your hands are wet.
3).Keep theAC adaptor away from heating
appliances.
4).Never put heavy object on the AC adaptor.
5).Do not attempt to repair or reconstruct
theAC adaptor in any way.
6).Remove dust, dirt, etc. on the plug at regular
intervals.
7).If the player has been dropped or otherwise
damaged,set the player to the standby mode
and disconnect the AC adaptor.
8).If the player has fumes, odours ornoise, set
the player to the standby mode and
disconnect theAC power adaptor.
Avoid placing the player in areas of:
1) direct sunlight or heating radiators or closed
automobiles
2) high temperature or high humidity
3) Excessive dust
4) vibration, impact or where the surface is tilted as
the internal parts may be seriously damaged.
When the player is not used, set it in standby mode.
When left unused for a long period of time, the player
should be unplugged from the household AC outlet.
Touching internal parts of this player is dangerous,
and may cause serious damage to the player.
Do not attempt to disassemble the player.
Do not put any foreign object on the disc tray.
1) Keep the player away from flower vases, tubs,
sinks,etc.If liquids are spilled into the player,
serious damage could occur.
2) Keep magnetic objects such as speakers, at a
distance from the player.
Place the player in a horizontal position.
Do not place the player on amplifiers or other
equipment which may become hot.
If there is moisture inside the player, it may not
operate properly.Please turn off the power and
wait about one hour for the moisture to evaporate.

Troubleshooting
