7. With the help of a second person, carefully tip the treadmill onto its right side. Partially fold the Frame (53) so the treadmill is more stable; do not fully fold the Frame yet. Remove and discard the two indicated screws (A) and the shipping bracket (B). Attach a Wheel (90) with the 3/8" x 2" Bolt (3) and the 3/8" Locknut (11) that you removed in step 1. Do not overtighten the Locknut; the Wheel must turn freely. 7 A B 53 3 90 11 8. Press a Base Cap (85) into the Base (60). 8 Hold a Screw Spacer (84) inside the lower end of the Left Upright (77). Insert a 3/8" x 4" Screw (5) with a 3/8" Star Washer (12) into the Left Upright and the Screw Spacer. Repeat this step with a second Screw Spacer (84), 3/8" x 4" Screw (5), and 3/8" Star Washer (12). 5 12 85 84 77 82 Hold the Left Upright Spacer (82) and the Left Upright (77) against the Base (60). Tighten the 3/8" x 4" Screws (5) until the heads of the Screws touch the Left Upright; do not fully tighten the Screws yet. 84 60 With the help of a second person, tip the treadmill so that the Base (60) is flat on the floor. 9. Identify the Right Handrail (105). Have a second 9 person hold the Right Handrail near the Right Upright (79). Insert the Wire Harness (86) into the bottom of the Right Handrail (105) and pull it out of the hole in the top of the Right Handrail. Insert the bracket on the Right Handrail (105) into the top of the Right Upright (79). Attach the Right Handrail (105) to the Right Upright (79) with three 5/16" x 3/4" Bolts (4) and three 5/16" Star Washers (9); do not fully tighten the Bolts yet. Identify the Right Handrail (105). Have a second
person hold the Right Handrail near the Right
Upright (79).
Insert the Wire Harness (86) into the bottom of
the Right Handrail (105) and pull it out of the
hole in the top of the Right Handrail.
Insert the bracket on the Right Handrail (105)
into the top of the Right Upright (79).
Attach the Right Handrail (105) to the Right
Upright (79) with three 5/16" x 3/4" Bolts (4)
and three 5/16" Star Washers (9);
do not fully
tighten the Bolts yet. Be careful not to pinch
the Wire Harness (86).

Press a Base Cap (85) into the Base (60).
Hold a Screw Spacer (84) inside the lower end of
the Left Upright (77). Insert a 3/8" x 4" Screw (5)
with a 3/8" Star Washer (12) into the Left Upright
and the Screw Spacer.
Repeat this step with
a second Screw Spacer (84), 3/8" x 4" Screw
(5), and 3/8" Star Washer (12).
Hold the Left Upright Spacer (82) and the Left
Upright (77) against the Base (60). Tighten
the 3/8" x 4" Screws (5) until the heads of the
Screws touch the Left Upright;
do not fully
tighten the Screws yet.
With the help of a second person, tip the tread-
mill so that the Base (60) is flat on the floor.
