3. With the help of a second person, carefully tip the treadmill onto its left side. Partially fold the Frame (53) so that the treadmill is more stable; do not fully fold the Frame yet. Remove and discard the two indicated screws (A) and the shipping bracket (B). Cut the shipping tie securing the Wire Harness (86) to the Base (60). Locate a tie in the indicated hole in the Base, and use the tie to pull the Wire Harness out of the hole. Attach two Base Feet (88) to the Base (60) in the locations shown with two #8 x 1" Tek Screws (2) and two Base Foot Spacers (89). Then, attach two Base Feet (88) with only two #8 x 1" Tek Screws (2). 3 B A 86 89 53 88 2 Hole 60 88 2 88 2 89 88 2 4. Attach a Wheel (90) with the 3/8" x 2" Bolt (3) and the 3/8" Locknut (11) that you removed in step 1. Do not overtighten the Locknut; the Wheel must turn freely.
