Explanation This menu item is used by a service technician to exercise individual parts of the printer to isolate the source of any problems. See Component test (special mode test) on page 532 for instructions on conducting tests using this menu. This menu item is used by a service technician to isolate the potential source of printquality problems with the printer. The time is expressed in milliseconds. PRINT TEST PAGE option generates a test page that is useful for testing the color band features of the printer. The COPIES option allows you to select the number of test pages to be printed.
