Turn the computer upside down, with the front toward you. 3. Disconnect the RTC battery cable (1) from the system board. 4. Disconnect the subwoofer cable (2) from the system board. 5. Turn the computer right side up, with the front toward you. 6. Open the computer. 7. Disconnect the following cables from the system board: (1) Card Reader board cable (2) Display speaker cable (3) Front speaker passthrough cable (4) Optical drive connector cable (5) Display panel cable Component replacement procedures 79

Remove the system board:
1.
Close the computer.
2.
Turn the computer upside down, with the front toward you.
3.
Disconnect the RTC battery cable
(1)
from the system board.
4.
Disconnect the subwoofer cable
(2)
from the system board.
5.
Turn the computer right side up, with the front toward you.
6.
Open the computer.
7.
Disconnect the following cables from the system board:

Card Reader board cable
(2)
Display speaker cable
(3)
Front speaker passthrough cable
(4)
Optical drive connector cable
(5)
Display panel cable
