To properly insert the ITM bearing alignment jig front chuck, you might need to push the bearing inner ring insideDo it carefully with an Allen 3 mm key in order not to damage the threads on the ITM shaft. If you are having difficulties pushing the inner ring, do one of the following: ● For the HP Indigo 7000 Digital Press and HP Indigo 7500 Digital Press, insert a 3 - 4 mm thick bundle of paper between the ITM and impression drums to decrease the load on the ITM bearings. Then try to push the ring again. ● For the HP Indigo WS6000 Digital Press and HP Indigo W7200 Digital Press, insert a 17 - 18 mm thick bundle of paper between the ITM drum and the impression roller to decrease the load on the ITM bearings. Then try to push the ring again. NOTE: The thick bundle of paper supports the drum's weight but should not push the drum upwards. NOTE: Before you start to work with the front and rear chucks, the nut should be closed and the screw should be in the closest position to the base of the chuck. See the figure below. If you are having difficulties pushing the inner ring, do one of the following:

of paper between the ITM and impression drums to decrease the load on the ITM bearings. Then try
to push the ring again.

For the HP Indigo WS6000 Digital Press and HP Indigo W7200 Digital Press, insert a 17 - 18 mm thick
bundle of paper between the ITM drum and the impression roller to decrease the load on the ITM
bearings. Then try to push the ring again.
NOTE:
The thick bundle of paper supports the drum's weight but should not push the drum upwards.
NOTE:
Before you start to work with the front and rear chucks, the nut should be closed and the screw
